Score your business the way I would.
Eight questions, the same eight areas and the same zero-to-four scale I use in a real audit. It is not scored against industry averages. It is scored against whether anyone in the business actually measures the thing — which is the whole point.
Nothing is stored unless you ask for the breakdown at the end. There are no right answers to look good on — a two you can defend beats a four you cannot.
Your scorecard.
Above two takes evidence that someone measures it, reviews it, and has changed something because of it. Your weakest area is marked in lime — the cheapest place to start.
This is eight questions. A real audit scores all eight against your own numbers, finds what you did not think to ask, and ranks it by what it returns.
