Who is responsible

The controller for data processing on this site is Aleksander Lukowicz (KOWICZ), to be completed, reachable at alex@kowicz.com.

What this site collects

This is a simple website. It does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Two kinds of data may be processed:

The contact form. When you write to me, I receive your name, email address and message, used only to reply and to take the conversation forward. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding).

Server logs. The hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser, time of request) to deliver the site securely. to be completed

How long it is kept

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, then deleted, subject to legal retention periods.

Who else sees it

Your data is not sold and not shared for advertising. It may be processed by the service providers that run this site and its email (hosting, email). to be completed

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to alex@kowicz.com. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
